I have been coming here for almost a year. And love it. I made an apt for this passed Saturday. And got in to find out I wasn’t even put in the schedule. When told to come Saturday at 9:30. But not just that. I drove 30 min to my apt. And to find out now I can’t even continue on w my treatments bc now after all this time the don’t accept my insurance. I’m so sad and upset. I wish I could have been notified before driving 30 min. Or tell me when I called to make an apt that my insurance wasn’t accepted anymore. I was and still am so confused. Now I can’t have anymore treatments. Prior to this I was so happy coming here. Dr ro is good. :(
I scheduled and arrived for an appointment, but unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. A man asked what I was there for and appeared confused. Shortly after, a woman entered visibly angry, using profanity, and looking for someone I assumed was a provider.
Eventually, the man went behind the desk and told me I would need to call back and reschedule. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I found the environment to be hostile and disorganized, which was concerning for a therapy setting.
I truly hope that if I decide to visit again, the experience will be more professional and welcoming, as that is especially important in a health environment.
I had a great experience during my visit with doctor Rohit Ramanath. He was very informative as well as the staff. I’ve been looking for that type of service for years and i was lucky to have stumbled upon it on social media. The icing on the cake is that, they expect most insurance! I highly recommend anyone to look into it and see which treatment fit you best. At the end of my consultation, i had scheduled appointments for two family members. Additionally, i will recommend more………
I had a 9:15 a.m. appointment today. I was called at 9:17 a.m. and told it was canceled due to staffing issues—even though I had already driven 45 minutes to get there. I scheduled this appointment for a reason, and when I arrived the front desk staff didn’t seem to know what was going on. I was not even halfway through my IV treatment.
This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. Please let me know how this will be addressed and when I can be rescheduled.

Zero. I came for my appointment. Your office was closed. Three other women were there as well who had earlier appointments. Totally unprofessional. Very disappointing
