Wonderful experience at Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness, which I cannot praise enough. If I could give them ten stars, I would. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful right from the moment I walked in. They are true professionals who know how to treat their patients with exceptional service. I would like to give a special thanks to Sean, Steven, Eric, and Carrie for their exceptional work. They made my physical therapy experience positive and productive as they are highly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. They made my therapy sessions enjoyable, and I always look forward to being there when I finish my session. On another occasion, a customer left his wallet in their office, and the staff immediately tried to contact him. When they couldn't reach him, one of the staff members drove to deliver the wallet to him. Their honesty and dedication truly impressed and moved me. If you are in need of top-notch physical therapy in Naples, I highly recommend Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness. You will not regret choosing them, and it's worth it to drive here to see these guys. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

I could not say enough wonderful things about Ideal Physical Therapy and their staff! Everyone is so nice and extremely knowledgeable. I have been going there for over 10 weeks and have signed up for more time. I really have benefited from my therapy and have high hopes for the future that I will be better than I was before my hospital stay this past summer. I highly recommend Ideal Physical Therapy & Fitness!!

The facility and the physical therapists are outstanding. However, my experience was lack of communication from the administrator. I lost 2 weeks of session (4 of them) while I was ill and they didn't inform me that if cancelled same day my session is lost. So how does one know in advance they will feel well enough when they have the flue, it's always day by day. Also, having a sign on the door (wrinkled paper) in regards to "no shows" will be charged $25, that needs to be communicated in person when a person starts the therapy (I never was a no show, always called even when I was sick, but lost my 4 sessions). A detail training in professional communication needs to be provided to the front desk administrator.

All of their therapist are very concerning and will work well with you. They are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. And Carrie the receptionist is always welcoming.

I am dealing with Polyneuropathy severely impacting my balance and strength! I have found a Gold Nugget! Ideal PT is the answer to my neurological needs. Sean has a terrific staff dedicated to guiding you to a new level of fitness. They are personable, extremely professional, And conscientious in directing each therapy event to my individual needs.
